Investing in Peru and Latin America:

Having spent nearly 15 years in the international financial sector, representing banks such as Merrill Lynch International Switzerland and BNP Paribas (Switzerland), I must admit that it was thrilling to share experiences of success, as well as the challenges and risks faced by entrepreneurs in various sectors and countries.

The real estate sector has always been a natural transition for me, as it is an essential component in the development of a country, its cities, and its regions. It is also a significant source of employment and an attractive and interesting business for investors. That is why, in 2011, I decided to fully dedicate myself to the real estate industry, particularly in Peru and Latin America.

My personal ambition is to continue developing projects that meet the demands of our clients and align with environmental requirements, such as energy and water conservation, the use of eco-friendly materials, among others. I believe it is my responsibility to do so.
